What this section shows The size and composition of the building stock in scope. Built-up Area is the gross floor area of a building. Use this to understand the scale of the portfolio and how it's distributed across building typologies.

What this section shows The materials behind each building's embodied carbon - the % of embodied-carbon impact contributed by ready-mix concrete, steel, rebar and other materials, floor-area-weighted across the assessed buildings in scope. Materials with a large share are the biggest decarbonisation opportunities.

What this section shows Installed cooling and heating plant across the building stock, with typical set-points and efficiency (EER / COP). Higher EER means more cooling output per kWh of electricity consumed - a key lever for reducing operational carbon in cooling-dominated climates.

What this section shows Building carbon performance across three measures: Embodied Carbon (kg CO₂e/m², the amount locked in during construction), Operational Carbon (kg CO₂e/m², in-use emissions from energy consumption), and Whole Life Cycle Carbon (kg CO₂e/m², the sum of both). All three are shown as scope-wide averages above and broken down by building typology below.

What this section shows Building energy performance: the Energy Performance Index (EPI) in kWh/m²/year, the share of electricity used for cooling, on-site renewable generation, and the A–E energy rating distribution. Lower EPI and higher A-band share indicate a more energy-efficient portfolio.
